The 'forced-logout 15 minutes after an update' has been changed to return you to the launcher instead ideally this means that when you return to your PC you'll find the update already downloaded and ready to play!.

That being said, the game is still pretty fun when it is fun and working and has a lot of potential. It's the kind of the game that really wants you to play it for hours, but it just doesn't work.

I really liked this game but for these reasons, I just can't recommend it to anyone who isn't looking for a few 10 or 20 hours of fun. The new season can only be fun for so long, especially with how little in comparison is really getting added. This wouldn't be nearly as bad if it didn't take over half a year to update and add new content to the game. The solution to levels messing up or some levels not being as enjoyable is essentially removing them from the game for months. There is a lot of basic fixes to prevent exploits, a lot of issues with network, etc etc. They used to care about the community but now all they do is go on twitter, make basic memes or tweets, make 'new' playlists, and challenges which are impossible to complete in fair timeframes. They focus too much on memeing around on social media and riding on the fame they unexpectedly got (and deserved at the time) for this game. However, the engagement isn't the main reason why I can't recommend the game, it's mediatonic itself. You will most likely get bored of playing after a while, but it's pretty enjoyable for when it isn't boring. At first, it was working as updates were well paced for the season rewards and new content balance, with midseasons being awesome small content boosts. The game needed to keep getting content to keep being engaging.
